Inline Planetary Gearbox for Machining Equipment Equivalent to Bonfiglioli, Brevini, CZPT Riduttor<\/strong> <\/p>\n

N-serie planetaire reductoren van SGR<\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0are widely used for industrial and heavy duty severe applications .\u00a0planetary reducer feature with compact size, low noise , excellent reliability\u00a0,long life . In-line or right-angle are available in male and female shaft configurations. The CZPT male shaft solution (splined or cylindrical) is able to withstand strong radial or axial loads on the output shaft.\u00a0As a leading fabrikant van planetaire tandwielkasten <\/strong><\/strong>in China,\u00a0planetary reducer was<\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0produced by modular design, combined according to customer requirement. In relation to key components , CZPT used qualified spare parts like for housing material with nodular cast iron which can increases gearbox’s rigidity and antiknock, heavy-duty bearing is installed at low-speed shaft, it can bear big radial load due to proportionate distribution of torque ,every gears are case hardened to get high reliability and long life . SGR planetaire reductiekast <\/strong><\/strong>have 16 models for different torque range ,each model have 1-5 stages to achieve different ratios , besides ,planetary <\/strong><\/strong>reductie<\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0from CZPT <\/strong><\/strong>have wide rang selection of high speed design: cylindrical with key, hydraulic motor, electric motor .Installation is multiposition ,various fasten type .<\/p>\n
